- Your CAO application number.
- Your SUSI Application number.
- The name and CAO number of the course you are applying for
- Electronic copies of any documentation that you wish to submit in support of your application. (Please note that documents submitted electronically must be in either .JPG, .RTF, .TXT, MS Office or Adobe PDF file format)
If you wish to include any documents that are of a particularly sensitive or personal nature which you are unable or uncomfortable submitting electronically, you may send them via registered post directly to the section manager at the address shown below.
